Retro Film is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your photos never leave your device.
Retro Film does not collect any of the following:
• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Photos or images from your camera or library
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Any data transmitted over the network
Retro Film requests the following permissions solely for its core functionality:
Camera access — Required to capture photos within the app. Photos are processed locally on your device.
Photo library access — Required to import existing photos for editing and to save edited photos back to your library. No photos are read, uploaded, or analyzed by us.
Purchases of film packs are processed by Apple's App Store. Retro Film does not receive or store your payment information. Purchase receipts are verified by Apple's StoreKit framework; we do not maintain any server-side purchase database.
Retro Film does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks.
Retro Film does not knowingly collect any information from children or anyone else.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
